Treatment Terms and Conditions
We understand that sometimes events that are out of your control happen. If you do need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment with us please do let us know via email or phone as soon as possible.
Payment is due on departure in most instances. However, on line bookings are subject to a small, non-refundable up-front charge which is deducted from the final bill. If you fail to give 48-hours notice of cancellation or don’t arrive, payment is taken in full.
Referral Scheme
We value all of our customers and therefore offer you a little something back for each and every friend you refer.
Simply ask your friend or family member to mention your name when they book and we’ll make a note on your account to give you a £30 discount on your next treatment.
You can refer as many people as you like.
Clinica Gift Cards/Vouchers
The Clinica Gift Vouchers are available for treatments. The minimum amount to activate is £10 and the maximum amount on a card is £500.
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from last date of issue after which they will automatically expire and the balance on the voucher will be forfeited.
Clinica reserves the right to refuse to accept a voucher in payment of any treatment where it reasonably suspects that the card or any amount on it may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.
No Refunds on Discounted Items
All purchases of discounted items and services are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on products bought at a discounted price. By completing your purchase of discounted items, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Stock Availability
While we strive to keep our stock information accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific items. Product availability may change without prior notice. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will inform you promptly and offer alternatives or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
