Treatment Terms and Conditions

We understand that sometimes events that are out of your control happen. If you do need to cancel or re-arrange your appointment with us please do let us know via email or phone as soon as possible.

Payment is due on departure in most instances. However, on line bookings are subject to a small, non-refundable up-front charge which is deducted from the final bill. If you fail to give 48-hours notice of cancellation or don’t arrive, payment is taken in full.

Loyalty Scheme

Points can be earned or redeemed at Clinica.
With the Clinica loyalty scheme, you will receive one point for every £1 you spend. Every ten points you earn is worth £1.
You can use the points you earn for treatments. Simply ask us to find out how many points you need for each.
Terms and conditions do apply, including:
Points cannot be exchanged or transferred
Points cannot be used in part-payment
Points cannot be used on the same day they are earned
Points expire after 12 months

Referral Scheme

We value all of our customers and therefore offer you a little something back for each and every friend you refer.
Simply ask your friend or family member to mention your name when they book and we’ll make a note on your account to give you a £30 discount on your next treatment.
You can refer as many people as you like.
New Client Discount
All of our new clients can receive a £25 discount on your first treatment.

Clinica Gift Cards/Vouchers

The Clinica Gift Vouchers are available for treatments. The minimum amount to activate is £10 and the maximum amount on a card is £500.
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from last date of issue after which they will automatically expire and the balance on the voucher will be forfeited.

Clinica reserves the right to refuse to accept a voucher in payment of any treatment where it reasonably suspects that the card or any amount on it may have been stolen, tampered with, duplicated or obtained in another illegal way.

Student Discount – 10% discount

On production of a valid NUS or TOTUM card students can make the most of our treatments with a 10% discount. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

NHS Discount – 10% discount

On production of a valid NHS Blue Light card, or on verification of a valid NHS email we will discount all treatments by 10%.
Clinica reserves the right to add to or amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so for security, regulatory or other legal reasons. Reasonable notice will be given where possible. The current conditions will be available at all times on this website.
