Terms and Conditions
Patch test – For all new clients we are required to perform a patch test at least 48 hours before treatment. Please book a patch test as soon as you book your first appointment, otherwise, we can’t guarantee a slot for you.
Make up – Please arrive with clean Lashes. Remove all eye-makeup before your appointment. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes.
Infills to be charged as for an Infills there must be left at least 50% lashes if its less you will be charged full set. Please book your top up as soon you as you book a full set, otherwise we can’t guarantee a place for you.
Cancellations/Rescheduling/No shows
we understand last-minute emergencies pop-up. However, if you unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
We kindly ask for AT LEAST 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.
No-show: 100% of service price will be charged.
Late arrivals – arriving late will cut into your session time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service price.
Out of respect for other guests, we cannot cut into another guest’s appointment time to make up for your lost appointment minutes if you are late.
Children/ Friends/ Relatives
For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow anyone else into the service room.
Children are not allowed in the service room.
Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children.
Refunds – We do not offer any refunds. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.
